OpenDicta supports optional AI features using your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. You are solely responsible for all API costs, rate limits, quota overruns, and any charges incurred on your API account. We have no visibility into or control over your usage.
Speech-to-text transcription is imperfect. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in any transcription output. Always review output before relying on it.
When you use AI features, your audio or text may be sent to Anthropic or OpenAI according to their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for how these providers handle your data.
OpenDicta is released under the MIT Licence. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute it subject to the terms of that licence.
