This page explains what data we collect when you join the OpenDicta waitlist, why we collect it, and what happens to it after launch.

Your email address only. No name, no IP address stored, no browser fingerprint.
We collect and process your email address based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) when you submit the waitlist form.
To send a small number of emails announcing the OpenDicta launch — nothing more. No newsletters, no marketing, no sharing with third parties.
Emails are stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase, which acts as our data processor and is GDPR compliant. No other third party has access to your email address.
Once OpenDicta launches and the announcement emails have been sent, the entire waitlist database is permanently deleted.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your email at any time. Write to info@spinop.comand we'll action it within 72 hours.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish data protection authority, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.dk, if you believe your data is being handled unlawfully.
